5 User Responsibilities

  • Users are fully responsible for the use of services and materials downloaded or used from StreamOnPod.
  • Users must use the service in accordance with applicable laws in the Republic of Indonesia.

6 Payment and Refund Policy

  • There are no refunds except for errors from StreamOnPod or otherwise agreed upon.

7 Limitation of Liability

  • StreamOnPod is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
  • StreamOnPod does not guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or secure from third-party attacks.

  • StreamOnPod respects user privacy. Personal data collected will be used only for service operational purposes.
  • StreamOnPod will not sell or share user data to third parties without permission, except as required by law.

9 Force Majeure

StreamOnPod is not responsible for failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond reasonable control such as natural disasters, war, network failures, or government actions.

10 Applicable Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted based on the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
  • Any disputes that arise will be resolved through consultation. If not reached, it will be resolved through applicable legal channels in Indonesia.
